UFO Tracker is operated by YOUNGS EXPRESS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10293869, with its registered office at 15 Berwyn Road, London, England, SE24 9BD.
By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website purpose
The website introduces UFO Tracker and demonstrates proposed product concepts and visual experiences.
The website does not currently provide live sky identification, public observation submissions, user accounts, app services, merchandise sales or checkout.
Product demonstrations
Names, classifications, coordinates, metadata and observations shown in website demonstrations may be controlled demonstration content. They should not be treated as live claims about the viewer’s location or sky.
UFO Tracker is intended to assist observation and comparison with available information. It cannot guarantee that every object will be identified or that available information is complete, current or error-free.
“Unidentified by Available Data”
“Unidentified by Available Data” means that the reliable information available to the demonstrated system did not identify the object.
It does not mean that the object is extraterrestrial or establish any particular origin.
Do not rely on the website or its demonstrations as the sole basis for decisions involving personal safety, aviation, navigation, emergency response, law enforcement or scientific conclusions.
App and Merch availability
The UFO Tracker app and UFO Tracker Merch are currently marked COMING SOON.
No purchase, app licence, subscription or account agreement is created by viewing this website. Separate terms may apply when an app, merchandise or another service becomes available.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the UFO Tracker brand, website, product designs and original project materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to YOUNGS EXPRESS LTD.
Third-party trademarks, data, software and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of a person’s original photographs or other content merely because UFO Tracker may be used to capture or process them.
You may view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, impersonate, or commercially exploit protected website or brand materials without permission or another lawful basis.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure;
- interfere with the website’s operation or security;
- introduce malicious code;
- falsely imply endorsement by UFO Tracker or YOUNGS EXPRESS LTD.

If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law that applies to you.
